interview prep (20pts), mock interviews (20pts)
- Displayed as a colour-coded badge (green/amber/red)
3. CSV Export utility (utils/exportCsv.js)
- Reusable download helper used across dashboards
4. AdvisorDashboard (rebuilt)
- Real learner data from LearnerAssignment
- At-risk detection (inactive 14+ days or readiness < 20)
- Per-learner breakdown: CV score, applications, preps, mocks
- Employment Readiness Score per learner
- Add Learner to Caseload form
- Advisor notes (priority-tagged)
- CSV export of full caseload
5. OrgDashboard (rebuilt with 4 tabs)
- Overview: KPIs, engagement trend chart, application status chart

HOW DASHBOARDS ARE POPULATED

- Advisor Dashboard: reads LearnerAssignment filtered by
advisor_email, then cross-references CVAnalysis,
JobApplication, InterviewPrep, MockInterview by created_by email
- Org Dashboard: finds org advisors via OrgInvite, finds learners
via LearnerAssignment linked to those advisors, then aggregates
all activity data for reporting and charts
- Readiness Score: calculated client-side from live entity data,
no separate storage required
